Office hours:

• 9am to 7pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
• 9am to 6pm on Fridays
• We are closed on Wednesdays
• Saturdays are available by appointment

 

Insurance:

Dr. Miller is credentialed to Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, TriCare, and Matrix EAP. Additional insurance is accepted. Please call for more information.

Cash payment is accepted for treatment. In addition, on a client-to-client basis, sliding scale fees can be negotiated where appropriate.


Directions:

1. From I-77, take exit number 30-towards DAVIDSON/DAVIDSON COLLEGE.
2. Head east on GRIFFITH ST towards Davidson.
3. Take first LEFT onto JETTON ST. opposite the gas station.
4. Proceed down Jetton to its end.
5. Turn RIGHT onto NORTHEAST DR.
6. Take the FIRST LEFT driveway between the first and second buildings and PARK. We are located in BUILDING D, on the right, on the ground floor.
